Samsung Galaxy M32

Amazing Features of Samsung Galaxy M32

Let’s have a look at the honest reviews.

Price And Memory

One with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage costs Rs.14,999.

One with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage costs Rs.16,999.

Internal storage is expandable up to 1TB.

It has a 4GB RAM of type LPDDR4X. Games can be played easily. The phone doesn’t warm up even after playing for one or half an hour. However, this doesn’t work while exporting video at high bitrates whereas, exporting the video at low bitrates takes more time. This can be resolved by buying one of 6GB RAM.

In-box Accessories

On opening the box, the inner part of the cover contains a regional lock guide and a warranty card while the TPU(Thermoplastic Polyurethane) case is absent.

The charger is 15W while the phone supports 25W charging as many other companies offer the chargers up to 30W at a similar price. Even the battery is bigger with 6000mAh that requires more time to get charged. However, this phone performs well when it comes to battery backup.

The remaining two in-box accessories are a Sim-ejection tool and a Type C cable.

The Main Phone

It weighs 197g and is available in light-blue and black colors. It has a height of 160mm and a width of 74mm. It has a triple-card slot, one the part for the memory card and the inner two parts for the two sim cards(Nano).

The phone is comfortable to handle but the plastic body at the back gets scratched easily. This can be managed by applying a case that can make the phone look fat.

The strength of tempered glass is four times greater than annealed glass. When broken, Tempered glass shatters in small granular chunks. But tempered glass has not been applied to the screen of the Samsung Galaxy M32. This creates trouble as it is difficult to find tempered glass in the market for a newly launched mobile phone.

This phone is built up of plastic and the design resembles Samsung galaxy F62.

Security

A fingerprint sensor that works fast is mounted on the side. Samsung provides great privacy through the KNOX 3.7 security and an option to add to Secure Folder. The AltZLife feature present in this phone allows the user to store the files in the normal folders or the ‘secure folder.’ It supports Samsung Pay Mini too.

Steps to buy the Samsung Galaxy M32 can be found here.

The Camera

There is a 20MP front camera with 1080p resolution and 30 frames per second(fps). It has low stability while recording a video, whereas, it works great in terms of photography.

The main rear camera is 64MP with a resolution of 1080p and 30 fps as supported by the professor. Then there is an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a wide angle of 1230. 3rd is the 2MP depth sensor and 4th is the 2MP macro sensor.

The absence of a camera bump proves to be advantageous.

Display

It runs on Android 11. It is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and has One UI 3.1. It has a Super AMOLED panel with a 6.4 inch(16.21cm) Full HD+ display and a refresh rate of 90Hz. Some companies even offer a refresh rate of 120Hz at this price range.

HDR content cannot be streamed on this phone and screen flickering is present here. This can be solved by the company through updates.

The maximum brightness achieved here is 800 nits and works properly when used outdoor.

Processor

The octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 SoC provides the power and supports EMMC 5.1. The processor is a bit weak and has a slow read-and-write speed. Even the inbuilt applications take comparatively more time to get loaded. This processor is mainly made for a refresh rate of 60Hz and not 90Hz. This introduces flickering.

Speaker

At the bottom, there is a Dolby speaker, a headphone jack, and a mic. The Dolby speaker is present with a 3.5mm jack and it works better indoor but not outdoor.

Conclusion

Samsung Galaxy M32 has come up with exciting features such as the fast working fingerprint sensor mounted on the side, KNOX security, Secure Folder, 20MP front camera, 64MP rear camera, and much more. But there are some challenges too. Though video and image quality is good, the audio quality and stability while shooting a video get highly compromised. Some challenges in the phone with 4GB RAM can be solved by the phone with 6GB RAM while some can be solved through updates.
